New bike/Learning how to pedal

One day when we were at WalMart, Dylan went crazy over this bike thing. He had to show me that he could actually reach the pedals for me to get it. And he actually can, but he has a hard time getting his feet to stay on them at all times. Papa tried to help him learn the concept of pedaling when he got home from work. When he gets tired of trying, he just enjoy pushing it around especially through the water and mud after it rains.
